Abstract
Se proporciona una junta soldada por puntos por resistencia y un método de soldadura por puntos por resistencia. La presente invención es una junta soldada por puntos por resistencia formada al soldar dos o más láminas de acero, incluyendo al menos una lámina de acero de alta resistencia. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia tiene una composición química específica, y el diámetro de pepita de una soldadura y el ancho de una porción ablandada de una zona afectada por el calor satisfacen la relación de la fórmula (2). La dureza (X) de una porción más blanda de la zona afectada por el calor y la dureza del material base de la lámina de acero de alta resistencia satisfacen la relación de la fórmula (3). La densidad numérica promedio total de partículas de NbC, TiC, VC que tienen un diámetro de 100 nm o menos en la zona afectada por el calor es de 80 partículas/µm2 o más. Ancho (mm) de la porción ablandada de la zona afectada por el calor > diámetro de pepita (mm) × 0.2 (2) X (HV) < dureza (HV) del material base de la lámina de acero de alta resistencia × 0.95 (3).
