Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir espumas rígidas de poliisocianurato, en donde (A) poliisocianatos se mezclan con (B) compuestos que tienen átomos de hidrógeno reactivos con isocianato, (C) pirorretardantes, (D) agentes de soplado, (E) catalizador a un índice de isocianato de al menos 220 para obtener una mezcla de reacción y curado para obtener la espuma rígida de poliisocianurato, en donde el Componente (B) contiene al menos un poliol de poliéster aromático (b1) y al menos un poliol de poliéter (b2), el poliol de poliéster (b1) tiene una funcionalidad promedio total de = 3.0 y = 1.7 y el poliol de poliéter (b2) tiene un número de hidroxilo de 160-350 mg de KOH/g y se produce mediante alcoxilación de un iniciador o mezcla de inicio que tiene una funcionalidad promedio total = 3.5 y = 1.5, en donde como el óxido de alquileno para producir poliol de poliéter (b2) se usa al menos 80% en peso de óxido de etileno y comprende al menos 90% de grupos terminales hidroxilo primarios y en donde la relación de masa del Componente (b1) con respecto al Componente (b2) es = 3 y = 1 y el agente de soplado (D) contiene agentes de soplado químicos y físicos, en donde el agente de soplado químico se selecciona del grupo que consiste en mezclas de ácido fórmico y agua y ácido fórmico. La presente invención se refiere además a una espuma rígida de poliisocianurato que se puede obtener mediante el proceso de acuerdo con la invención.
