Abstract

La presente solicitud proporciona un procedimiento para preparar un acero base con una superficie lijada, que comprende proporcionar un laminador de temple. El laminador de temple consta de un primer soporte y un segundo soporte. El primer soporte comprende un primer rodillo de trabajo y un tercer rodillo de trabajo dispuestos de forma opuesta, y el segundo soporte comprende un segundo rodillo de trabajo y un cuarto rodillo de trabajo dispuestos de forma opuesta. El primer rodillo de trabajo y el segundo rodillo de trabajo están situados en el mismo lado. El primer rodillo de trabajo es un rodillo texturizador de descarga eléctrica, y el segundo rodillo de trabajo es un rodillo liso pulido. La rugosidad superficial del primer rodillo de trabajo es de 1,6-2,2 µm, y la del segundo es de 0,35-0,75 µm. El acero base se pasa entre el primer rodillo de trabajo y el tercer rodillo de trabajo, y entre el segundo rodillo de trabajo y el cuarto rodillo de trabajo en secuencia, de modo que la superficie lijada se forma en una primera superficie del acero base. Cuando el acero base con la superficie lijada se procesa en una lata con cuello o un extremo de fácil apertura después del estañado o el cromado, el recubrimiento en las posiciones de cuello y preagujereado no se daña fácilmente y tiene una buena resistencia a la corrosión.
