Abstract
Las modalidades analizadas en la presente invención están relacionadas con un dispositivo de despegado con vapor para una película de tinte de automóvil que comprende: una lona de vapor en forma de óvalo rectangular; una parte de costura de manga de estructura de alambre en la que se enrolla, dobla y cose una parte de costura exterior de la lona de vapor a intervalos regulares; y un gato de vapor formado por fusión en un lado del centro de la lona de vapor; y u la hendidura del borde superior en la parte media del extremo de soldadura de la parte de costura de la manga del marco de alambre de la lona de vapor, cuya mejora incluye: un módulo de bandas de marco de alambre que se ensambla con remaches en ambas superficies de la lona de vapor en contacto con una hendidura en la parte media del borde lateral superior de la parte de costura del manguito de marco de alambre, un tubo de acero inoxidable de manguito de marco de alambre en donde se corta y se forma un orificio de banda en el medio; una placa superior de banda de marco de alambre que tiene una longitud y un ancho constante estándar del tubo de acero inoxidable de manga de marco de alambre, que se ensambla en la parte delantera de la lona de vapor de una porción donde ambos extremos de la banda de marco de alambre 4 se cruzan y sobresalen en ambos lados del orificio de banda del tubo de acero inoxidable del manguito del marco de alambre a través del interior de la parte de costura del manguito del marco de alambre; un par de miembros de ajuste con ranuras ahusadas que sobresalen integralmente y se forman a los intervalos estándar de los orificios de las bandas en ambos lados del borde superior de la placa superior de las bandas del marco de alambre; una ranura en forma de U que está formada en un borde de la cara posterior del extremo lateral superior del miembro de ajuste con hendidura ahusada y un borde de la cara posterior en el lado inferior de la placa superior con hendidura del marco de alambre; un par de piezas de agarre que están formadas para sobresalir a un intervalo predeterminado hacia la derecha y hacia la izquierda en la parte media de la cara frontal de la placa superior de la banda del marco de alambre; una ranura de fijación del marco de alambre que se forma en la proximidad de la placa superior de la banda del marco de alambre dentro del par de piezas de agarre; una placa de cubierta que es un miembro rectangular que tiene un estándar correspondiente a la parte de la cara posterior de la placa superior de la banda del marco de alambre; y una pluralidad de orificios para remaches que están perforados uno frente al otro en la placa superior de la banda de marco de alambre y la placa de cubierta. El dispositivo de despegado con vapor de la presente invención resuelve el problema del caso convencional en donde la banda del marco de alambre se afloja durante la operación de despegado con vapor, se separa la lona de vapor o se libera una parte del vapor, y resuelve así el problema de restablecer las bandas de estructura de alambre durante la operación, reduciendo así el costo unitario del producto a través de la productividad del producto y la mejora de la función, y reduciendo aún más el tiempo y los costos de mano de obra sin reiniciar durante la operación junto con la conveniencia de la operación.
