Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a sistemas de estantes de paletización están diseñados para congelar rápidamente artículos mediante transferencia térmica al mover aire a través de productos paletizados. El aire pasa a través del producto paletizado hasta una cámara de aire negativa detrás del estante de paletas.
