Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para operar una máquina IS (1) para producir contenedores de vidrio, en donde la máquina IS (1) comprende una pluralidad de moldes vacíos (2) y una pluralidad de moldes de acabado (3) y un molde vacío (2) interactúa con un molde de acabado (3) en cada caso, que comprende los siguientes pasos del método, los cuales son llevados a cabo para un par de un molde vacío (2) y un molde de acabado (2) en cada caso: introducir una gota de agua en el molde vacío (2), producir un parison de la gota de vidrio en el molde vacío (2), transferir el parison en el molde de acabado (3), activar una válvula de vacío (4) para producir un vacío en el molde de acabado (3) desde el primer punto de activación en el tiempo y simultáneamente medir la evolución de la presión del vacío, activar una válvula de soplado final (6) para generar una presión de soplado final de un segundo punto de activación en el tiempo que es posterior al primer punto de activación en el tiempo mediante una duración predeterminada de tal manera que el aire comprimido es soplado en el molde de acabado desde la parte superior y simultáneamente mide la evolución de la presión del soplado final y checar si la evolución de la presión del vacío medida y/p la evolución de la presión de soplado final ha cumplido con una condición predeterminada. Por lo tanto, se proporciona una opción para permitir para este tipo de operación de una máquina IS en la cual los rechazos debido a contenedores de vidrios producidos con defectos pueden identificarse de manera efectiva y en los cuales adicionalmente preferiblemente solo tienen una baja tasa de rechazo de contenedores de vidrio.
