Abstract

En el presente documento se proporciona un tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura que tiene una alta resistencia y una excelente resistencia a la corrosión. El tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura tiene una composición que incluye, en % en masa, C: 0.06% o menos, Si: 1.0% o menos, P: 0.05% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Cr: más de 15.8% y 18.0% o menos, Mo: 1.8% o más y 3.5% o menos, Cu: más de 1.5% y 3.5% o menos, Ni: 2.5% o más y 6.0% o menos, V: 0.01% o más y 0.5% o menos, Al: 0.10% o menos, N: 0.10% o menos, O: 0.010% o menos, y Ta: 0.001% o más y 0.3% o menos, y en el que C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu y N cumplen con la fórmula predeterminada, y el resto es Fe e impurezas incidentales, el tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura tiene un microestructura que contiene al menos 30% de fase martensítica, como máximo 60% de fase de ferrita y como máximo 40% de fase austenita retenida por volumen, el tubo de acero inoxidable sin soldadura tiene una resistencia al alargamiento de 758 MPa o más.
