Abstract

Un proceso para reducir el contenido de orgánicos volátiles y semivolátiles (valores de VOC y FOG) de una composición de polipropileno heterofásico, comprendiendo la composición de polipropileno heterofásico (i) al menos el 15 % en peso de al menos un primer polipropileno heterofásico; (ii) menos del 15 % en peso de al menos una poliolefina elastomérica, (iii) al menos una carga; (iv) opcionalmente polietileno; y (v) opcionalmente poliolefinas adicionales por debajo de 100 µg/g (VOC, VDA 278 de octubre de 2011) y por debajo de 390 µg/g (FOG, VDA 278 de octubre de 2011), implicando el proceso airear el primer polipropileno heterofásico y cada componente de poliolefina adicional que está presente en una cantidad de al menos el 15 % en peso con respecto al peso total de la composición de polipropileno heterofásico, antes de extruir estos componentes aireados con la al menos una poliolefina elastomérica y la al menos una carga y el polietileno opcional y/o poliolefinas adicionales opcionales.
