Abstract
Un reactor químico multitubular incluye un dispositivo de ignición para el inicio de una reacción exotérmica en fase gaseosa dentro de las zonas de reacción en fase gaseosa de las unidades de reactor tubular. En concordancia con la presente divulgación, se provee un reactor químico multitubular que comprende una pluralidad de unidades de reactor espaciadas, donde cada unidad de reactor comprende un tubo alargado que tiene una pared con superficies interna y externa, una entrada en un extremo y una salida en el extremo opuesto, donde la pared confina un pasaje de flujo gaseoso por lo menos una porción del cual define una zona de reacción en fase gaseosa, y donde el reactor químico multitubular puede incluir por lo menos un dispositivo de ignición para el inicio de por lo menos una reacción exotérmica en fase gaseosa dentro de una zona de reacción en fase gaseosa de una unidad de reactor.
