Abstract
Se describe un sistema de control de presión configurado para monitorear automáticamente y controlar presión en líneas de fluido usado en el fracturado hidráulico o en actividades de estimulación de pozo. El sistema generalmente incluye por lo menos dos montajes de válvula, cada uno tiene una válvula y un sistema de accionamiento de válvula, por lo menos un sensor de presión, y un paquete de control electromecánico. Estos componentes están configurados de manera que los controles electromecánicos automatizan las posiciones abierta y cerrada de una o varias de las válvulas por medio de operación de uno o varios accionadores con base en entradas de usuario e información desde el sensor de presión. Esta arquitectura permite que el sistema monitoree e interprete presiones dentro del conducto y opere la posición de válvula con base en las señales definidas por el usuario y puntos establecidos. Las válvulas se pueden colocar para monitorear de manera redundante el mismo conducto de fluido, o separar conductos de fluido, y el sistema puede ser configurado para habilitar posiciones de válvula independientes con base en puntos establecidos definidos por usuario independientes o señales de control introducidas por un usuario.
