Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo, que se acopla a un robot u otro sistema de desplazamiento, ejerciendo una presión sobre el contenedor, que permite mantener aprisionado al producto que debe ser desplazado, trasladando y girando los mismos, definiendo su ubicación y organizándolos para una posterior paletización o ubicación para operaciones posteriores. La invención comprende un dispositivo (D) compuesto por un cabezal o estructura (1) metálica o en otro tipo de material, que será acoplado mediante un acoplamiento (2) a un robot (R1) u otro equipo de desplazamiento; en la parte inferior del dispositivo (D) es instalada una cinta elástica (3) realizada en material como elástico/polímero, la cual debe tener la propiedad de mantener la integridad del producto manipulado, en este caso, el contenedor (4) único o agrupado; y permitir el desplazamiento del mismo sobre el sector de trabajo (A1). El dispositivo (D) de acuerdo con la invención, es operado a partir del movimiento para la formación de capas o mosaicos (M) a partir de un software dedicado; esta asociación hace posible el desplazamiento de los contenedores (4) en ejes transversales y longitudinales, o giratorios.
