Abstract
Los métodos para restringir y ajustar las aplicaciones del modo de Inter- e Intrapredicción Combinadas (CIIP) empleado en normas de codificación de video, tal como la codificación de video versátil (VVC) actual, se realizan en un dispositivo informático. En un método, el dispositivo informático determina si se debe aplicar refinamiento de vector de movimiento de lado de decodificador (DMVR) y flujo óptico bidireccional (BDOF) en un bloque de bipredicción. En otro método, el dispositivo informático determina si cada CU entre las CU vecinas de una CU (la "CU actual") se codifica respectivamente por CIIP, y emplea un criterio unificado que no depende de una determinación de si la CU actual se intracodificada o por CIIP en el transcurso del uso del intramodo de la CU codificada por CIIP vecina en la formación de la lista de candidatos del Modo Más Probable (MPM) para la CU actual.
