Abstract
La invención proporciona un método para mantener el diámetro del lumen capilar, reducir una disminución en el diámetro del lumen del vaso capilar o expandir el diámetro del lumen del vaso capilar en un injerto de órgano o tejido re-endotelializado descelularizado con una red vascular de matriz extracelular intacta. El método se basa en la administración de células endoteliales y macropartículas a la ECM descelularizadas.
