Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de electrorrecubrimiento para electrorrecubrir un sustrato (500), en donde el sistema comprende un tanque (100) configurado para mantener una composición de recubrimiento electrodepositable; al menos una bomba (200) en comunicación fluida con el tanque, al menos un conducto de retorno (210) que conecta el tanque con una entrada de la bomba, al menos una tubería de recirculación (300) que comprende un primer extremo en comunicación fluida con una salida de la bomba y un segundo extremo que tiene al menos una apertura, y la al menos una tubería de recirculación comprende al menos un electrodo externo (400) ubicado al menos parcialmente fuera del tanque; también se divulgan en la presente métodos para recubrir sustratos, sistemas para recubrir un sustrato y sustratos recubiertos.
