Abstract

Se describe una combinación de una tapa de cierre (1') para un contenedor (2) y un cuello (201) del contenedor (2), en donde la tapa (1') comprende una pared lateral (3) que se extiende alrededor de un eje (Z) y una pared transversal (4) colocada en un extremo de la pared lateral (3), una línea de separación (5') de la pared lateral (3) define un anillo de retención (301'), configurado para permanecer anclado al cuello (201) y un elemento de cierre (302) para abrir o cerrar el contenedor (2); la línea de separación (5') se extiende alrededor del eje (Z) y se interrumpe circunferencialmente para dejar el anillo de retención (301) y el elemento de cierre (302) unidos entre sí; el anillo de retención (301') comprende una porción de retención (303), configurada para acoplarse internamente con un anillo de bloqueo (202) del cuello (201), el último proyectándose desde una superficie exterior del cuello (201) y se extiende en una dirección paralela al eje (Z) entre un extremo superior (202c) y un extremo inferior (202b); el anillo de retención (301') comprende una porción de unión (305) que permite que el anillo de retención (301') se una al elemento de cierre (302), una primera banda de conexión (306) y una segunda banda de conexión (307), que conectan la porción de unión (305) a la porción de retención (303), y una lengüeta (308) colocada entre la primera banda de conexión (306) y la segunda banda de conexión (307); las bandas de conexión (306; 307) están hechas por una línea de incisión (7') que comprende un primer tramo lateral (702') y un segundo tramo lateral (703') en donde el primer tramo lateral (702') y el segundo tramo lateral (703'), cuando el elemento de cierre (302) está en una condición cerrada, están dispuestos de tal manera que cuando el elemento de cierre (302) está en una condición abierta y las bandas de conexión (306, 307) mantienen el elemento de cierre (302) conectado al anillo de retención (301'), la lengüeta (308) puede descansar sobre el cuello (201) más allá del extremo superior (202c) del anillo de bloqueo (202) hacia la abertura dispensadora (203).
