Abstract
Se proporcionan conjugados para suministrar un agente contra el cáncer a las células nerviosas. Los compuestos conjugados de la presente divulgación de acuerdo con ciertas modalidades incluyen un compuesto que tiene una proteína, péptido o peptidomimético que se enlaza de una forma selectiva a un receptor de neurotrofina, un agente contra el cáncer, y un enlazador que enlaza de una manera covalente el agente contra el cáncer a la proteína, péptido o peptidomimético que se enlaza de una forma selectiva al receptor de neurotrofina. También se describen las composiciones y los métodos para suministrar un agente contra el cáncer de una forma selectiva a las células nerviosas (por ejemplo, en el tratamiento de un glioma de la vía óptica), así como para las indicaciones tales como invasión perineural y cánceres de la piel.
