Abstract
La presente solicitud describe un método para transmisión de datos en un enlace lateral, y un dispositivo terminal, que es capaz de evitar la aparición de conflictos de recursos durante la transmisión de un servicio aperiódico. El método comprende: un primer dispositivo terminal que selecciona un primer recurso de una agrupación de recursos de datos en una ventana de selección, el primer recurso que se utiliza para enviar datos del primer dispositivo terminal; el primer dispositivo terminal que selecciona, de una agrupación de recursos de control en la ventana de selección, un segundo recurso para enviar la primera información de indicación, la primera información de indicación que se utiliza para indicar el primer recurso, las posiciones del primer recurso y el segundo recurso en un dominio de tiempo y/o dominio de frecuencia que son diferentes; y el primer dispositivo terminal que envía la primera información de indicación sobre el segundo recurso, y envía los datos del primer dispositivo terminal a través del primer recurso.
