Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir al menos un revestimiento (B1) sobre un sustrato, que comprende al menos los pasos (1) a (5), específicamente proporcionar una composición de material de revestimiento (BZ1) (1), determinar al menos una variable característica de la distribución del tamaño de la gota dentro de una pulverización formada por atomización de la composición de material de revestimiento (BZ1) proporcionada según el paso (1), y/o de la homogeneidad de esta pulverización (2), reducir al menos una variable característica y/u homogeneidad de la pulverización, determinada según el paso (2) (3), aplicar al menos la composición de material de revestimiento (BZ1) obtenida después del paso (3), con variable característica reducida de la distribución del tamaño de la gota y/u homogeneidad reducida, a un sustrato, para formar al menos una película (F1) (4), y curado físico, curado químico y/o curado por radiación de al menos una película (F1) formada sobre el sustrato mediante la aplicación de (BZ1) según el paso (4), para producir el revestimiento (B1) sobre el sustrato, y también a un revestimiento (B1) situado sobre un sustrato y obtenible mediante este método.
