Abstract
Un nervio cortado puede ser unido de nuevo quirúrgicamente y los axones cortados fusionados vía administración secuencial de soluciones. Las soluciones pueden incluir una solución cebadora que comprende azul de metileno en una solución salina libre de Ca2+, una solución de fusión que comprende aproximadamente 50% (peso/peso) de PEG y una solución de sellado que comprende solución salina que contiene Ca2+.
