Abstract
Por su naturaleza, el suelo puede tardar muchos años en poder ser considerado fértil, incluso miles de años, la erosión y perdida de fertilidad son aspectos que han marcado al suelo agrícola y ganadero. El objetivo de este trabajo tiene como finalidad enriquecer suelos agrícolas mediante el desarrollo de polímeros naturales biodegradables que permitan ser vehículo de nutrientes orgánicos tales como fósforo (P), Nitrógeno (N), y potasio (K), provenientes de materia orgánica para procedentes de residuos de alimentos (tratada y caracterizada). La caracterización de la materia arrojo 5498 ppm de potasio, 1889.08 pm de nitrógeno y 1178.36 ppm de fósforo disponibles, mismos que son insertados en polímeros naturales biodegradables hechos a base de almidón. Esta invención se refiere al empleo de almidón y glicerina para la elaboración de polímeros naturales biodegradables adicionados con nutrientes orgánicos provenientes de residuos de alimentos, para enriquecimiento de suelos áridos o carentes de elementos biodisponibles para las plántulas. Se logro verificar satisfactoriamente el resultado de la efectividad de los polímeros naturales biodegradables portadores de nutrientes orgánicos mediante el crecimiento de semillas de maíz. Los resultados fueron analizando estadísticamente mediante un diseño de experimentos, aplicando la prueba de Tukey. El almidón al igual que la materia orgánica recabada al ser 100% de origen natural, no muestra ningún efecto negativo en el suelo, por el contrario, se incorporan de manera gradual al suelo mediante riego, las semillas de maíz pudieron crecer de manera satisfactoria logrando los objetivos de la presente investigación.
