Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con fibras secas de cítricos que tienen un contenido de humedad, como mucho, de 20% en peso, con respeto a la cantidad total de fibras de cítricos, y que tienen un módulo de almacenamiento (G') de al menos 280 Pa, en donde las fibras secas de cítricos tienen un pH de entre 4.0 y 8.7.
