Abstract
Un método para decodificar un video de acuerdo con la presente invención puede comprender: determinar una precisión de vector de movimiento de un bloque actual, generar una lista de candidatos a vector de movimiento del bloque actual, obtener un valor de predicción de vector de movimiento del bloque actual de la lista de candidatos a vector de movimiento, determinar si una precisión del valor de predicción de vector de movimiento es idéntica a una precisión de vector de movimiento del bloque actual, escalar el valor de predicción de vector de movimiento de acuerdo con la precisión de vector de movimiento del bloque actual, cuando la precisión del valor de predicción de vector de movimiento sea diferente de la precisión de vector de movimiento del bloque actual, y obtener un vector de movimiento del bloque actual usando el valor de predicción de vector de movimiento escalado.
