Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de corte (1) y un procedimiento de corte de una tira continua (9) en componentes de neumático (91, 92), en donde el dispositivo de corte comprende una cuchilla (2) para cortar la tira continua a lo largo de una línea de corte (C) en un plano de trabajo (W) y un conjunto de alimentación (3) con un miembro de alimentación (50) para alimentar la tira continua en el plano de trabajo a la cuchilla en una dirección de alimentación (F) que se interseca con la línea de corte (C) a un ángulo de corte (A), en donde el miembro de alimentación (50) y la cuchilla (2) son rotatorios el uno con respecto al otro en torno a un eje de rotación (R) en perpendicular al plano de trabajo para ajustar el ángulo de corte, en donde el conjunto de alimentación comprende adicionalmente un miembro de entrada (30) para recibir la tira continua en una dirección de entrada en el dispositivo de corte y uno o más miembros de guiado (40) para guiar la tira continua desde el miembro de entrada al miembro de alimentación, en donde el miembro de entrada (30) está situado alineado con o sustancialmente alineado con el eje de rotación (R).
