Abstract

[Objetivo] El objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un aparato de tipo lecho fluidizado y método para tratar yeso, que puede activar o mejorar la fluidez del polvo de yeso para promover un efecto de tratamiento del yeso, tal como modificación u homogenización del polvo del yeso. [Solución] El aparato para tratar yeso (1) comprende un recipiente de reactor (2), un orificio de suministro de aire acondicionado (6), una pared de partición horizontal (5) y una pluralidad de álabes estacionarios (10). La pared permite a un flujo de aire acondicionado (Af) que fluya hacia arriba en una región de reacción (a). Los álabes se arreglan en un intervalo angular en una dirección circunferencial. Un lecho fluidizado (M) de yeso calcinado (Gb) se proporciona en el recipiente. El álabe desvía el flujo de aire acondicionado (Ag) que fluye hacia arriba en la región de reacción, hacia una dirección radialmente hacia afuera y circunferencial de la región de reacción. El yeso calcinado (Gb) hace un movimiento de fluido saltante o el movimiento saltante en el recipiente con el flujo de aire. [Figura Seleccionada] FIG.1.
