Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo y un proceso para producir una solución acuosa de urea. El dispositivo de producción comprende: - al menos un dispositivo para disolver urea sólida en agua desmineralizada, que comprende un tanque para recibir la urea sólida y el agua desmineralizada y una salida para recuperar la solución acuosa de urea, - una estación de almacenamiento de urea sólida (2), - un dispositivo para transportar la urea sólida desde la estación de almacenamiento (2) hasta el dispositivo de disolución, estando dispuesto el dispositivo de transportación para verter urea sólida en el tanque del dispositivo de disolución. El dispositivo de disolución comprende al menos una boquilla para inyectar agua desmineralizada en la urea sólida, dispuesta cerca del fondo del tanque para crear una turbulencia de agua debajo de la superficie de la urea sólida y disolver la urea sólida en el agua desmineralizada.
