Abstract

La presente invención describe un método y aparato de transmisión de datos. El método incluye: realizar, mediante un punto de acceso primario, la evaluación del procesamiento de acuerdo con un parámetro de evaluación donde el procesamiento de evaluación se utiliza para evaluar si un dispositivo de transmisión de reutilización de un enlace de reutilización espacial tiene permiso de utilizar todos o algunos de los recursos de tiempo-frecuencia de un enlace primario paras transmitir datos; generar, mediante el punto de acceso primario, la señalización de transmisión de reutilización espacial de acuerdo con un resultado de evaluación obtenido después del procesamiento de evaluación; y enviar, mediante el punto de acceso primario , la señalización de transmisión de reutilización espacial, de modo que el dispositivo de transmisión de reutilización realice el procesamiento de transmisión de datos en función del enlace de reutilización espacial y de acuerdo con la señalización de transmisión de reutilización espacial. De acuerdo con el método y aparato de transmisión de datos en las modalidades de la presente invención, puede reducirse la interferencia mutua entre el enlace primario y el enlace de reutilización espacial durante la transmisión de datos, y puede mejorarse la calidad de transmisión.
