Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un sistema de ósmosis adelantada conmutable y sus procesos. En particular, esta solicitud proporciona un proceso para tratar una corriente de alimentación acuosa, que comprende: ósmosis adelantada usando una solución de extracción acuosa que tiene una concentración de soluto de extracción de = 20% en peso, el soluto de extracción que comprende trimetilamina ionizada y un contraión; en donde, la corriente de alimentación: (i) comprende = 5% en peso de solidos disueltos totales; (ii) está a una temperatura de = 20º C; (iii) está a una temperatura entre =30ºC-=60ºC; (iv) tiene un pH acido o un pH básico; (v) comprende contenido orgánico; (vi) comprende solidos suspendidos; (vii) o cualquier combinación de dos o más de i)-v. también se proporcionan aquí el sistema relacionado y la solución de extracción para realizar el proceso, y diversos usos de los mismos para tratar corrientes de alimentación típicamente difíciles de deshidratar.
