Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir un sistema de pintura de capas múltiples sobre un sustrato metálico, mediante la producción de una película de recubrimiento base o dos o más películas de recubrimiento base sucesivas directamente sobre un sustrato metálico, produciendo un recubrimiento transparente directamente sobre una, o la más alta, de las dos o más películas de recubrimiento base, y luego el curado conjunto de una o las dos o más películas de recubrimiento transparente y la película de recubrimiento transparente, y que comprende a menos un material de recubrimiento base usado en la producción de las películas de recubrimiento transparente que comprenden a menos una dispersión acuosa de poliuretano-poliurea (PD) que comprende partículas de poliuretano-poliurea presentes en la dispersión (PD) que comprende grupos aniónicos y/o grupos que pueden convertirse en grupos aniónicos, y que tienen un tamaño de partículas promedio de 40 a 2000 nm y también una fracción del gel de al menos el 50%.
