Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para preparar una harina de microalgas rica en lípidos que comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) proporcionar una biomasa de microalgas que comprenda más del 50% de lípidos en peso seco de la biomasa; (b) lisar las microalgas; (c) concentrar el lisado de microalgas hasta un contenido de sólidos de más del 25% en peso, preferentemente hasta un contenido de sólidos de entre el 35% y el 50% en peso; (d) aplicar un tratamiento térmico al lisado concentrado de este modo; (e) homogeneizar a alta presión el lisado obtenido en la etapa (d) para obtener una emulsión estable; (f) secar la emulsión para obtener la harina de microalgas.
