Abstract
Una lámina de acero para un tanque de combustible incluye: una capa enchapada con aleación de Zn-Ni la cual se coloca sobre una superficie o cada una de ambas superficies de un metal base y se forma al menos una superficie; y una película de recubrimiento por conversión química libre de cromato, inorgánica, la cual se coloca sobre la capa enchapada con aleación de Zn-Ni. La capa enchapada con aleación de Zn-Ni tiene una fisura que comienza desde una interfaz entre la capa enchapada con aleación de Zn-Ni y la película de recubrimiento por conversión química libre de cromato, inorgánica, y que llega a una interfaz entre la capa enchapada con aleación de Zn-Ni y la lámina de acero, y un ángulo de contacto con el agua sobre una superficie de la película de recubrimiento por conversión química libre de cromato, inorgánica, es mayor o igual a 50 grados.
