Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una composición que contiene al menos 67 % por peso de proteínas crudas, al menos 5 % por peso de quitina, porcentajes de peso con respecto al peso total de la composición, y 85 % por peso de proteínas, digeribles con respecto al peso total de la proteína cruda.
