Abstract
Procedimiento y aparato para el procesamiento de aves de corral sacrificadas (1, 2, 3, 4) que son transportadas en una cadena de sacrificio (5) de un matadero, con el fin de establecer al principio de dicha cadena de sacrificio si las aves de corral (1, 2, 3, 4) estaban vivas o muertas al llegar al matadero, que comprende la detección de un parámetro corporal de las aves de corral sacrificadas cuando dichas aves de corral están suspendidas por las patas en la cadena de sacrificio (5) después del aturdimiento de dichas aves de corral, y donde se determina un espectro de absorción de la sangre de las aves de corral sacrificadas (1, 2, 3, 4).
