Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para determinar el estado de una superficie de la banda transportadora. Se proporciona un sistema óptico para determinar el estado de la superficie sobre una banda transportadora en movimiento de modo que al menos dos planos de polarización se detectan simultáneamente mediante luz, la cual es reflejada por la superficie de la banda transportadora, y el estado de la superficie se determina al tomar en cuenta los planos de polarización detectados.
