Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un martillo neumático o vibrador de extracción de núcleo (2) para extracción de núcleo de moldes en fundición. El martillo (2) comprende: una funda (3), que a su vez comprende: una cámara interior (32); un circuito de entrada (4) para el ingreso de aire comprimido, y un circuito de salida (5) para la salida de aire comprimido. El martillo además comprende un mecanismo de movimiento (7) para generar un movimiento vibratorio bajo la acción de aire comprimido; el mecanismo que está dispuesto dentro de la cámara interior (32) de la funda (3); y un punzón o mazo (6), conectado al mecanismo de movimiento (7) para entrar en contacto con el molde que se va a someter a extracción de núcleo. La funda (3) del martillo está hecha de una aleación que comprende aluminio, silicio y magnesio.
