Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema, método y medio descrifrable por computadora para producir un producto líquido pasteurizado. El sistema comprende un primer suministro que comprende un concentrado que tiene un contenido de agua que es menor que aquel del producto líquido deseado; un segundo suministro de la solución de azúcar y/o agua; un primer dispositivo de tratamiento con calor conectado al segundo suministro y que está colocado para calentar el agua o la solución azucarada a una temperatura predeterminada para reducir un número de microorganismos en en agua o la solución azucarada; al menos un combinador que conecta el primer suministro con el dispositivo de tratamiento con calor, y configurado para combinar la solución de agua o azúcar calentada con el concentrado para formar un producto líquido, en donde la temperatura predeterminada del agua o la solución azucarada es fijada de tal modo que se reduzca un número de microorganismos del producto líquido por medio de la anergía calorífica de la solución del agua y/o azúcar calentada.
