Abstract
Un objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un método para producir de forma que se pueda reproducir un compuesto tricíclico que contiene un anillo pirrolopirimidina con alto rendimiento con formación reducida de subproductos y proporcionar un compuesto tricíclico novedoso capaz de obtenerse por este método de producción; la presente invención proporciona un método para producir un compuesto representado por la fórmula (1) o una sal del mismo, el método que comprende los pasos de; (I) provocar que un reactivo borano orgánico actúe sobre un compuesto representado por la fórmula (2) o una sal del mismo, y (II) realizar una reacción de ciclización intramolecular de la reacción del paso (I) anterior utilizando un catalizador de paladio de valencia cero en presencia de un hidróxido de metal alcalino.
