Abstract

The present invention refers to a flow bio digester of the piston type, which integrates four main sub processes: I. pretreatment system with thermal hydrated supply of recovered water. II. Thermal assisted biodigestion system. III. Solid-liquid effluent separator system. IV. System for recovering and recirculating lixiviates (water) with ancillary heating. This concept of biodigester allows the invention to increase its yield in a 25% with regard to the amount, time and quality of the produced biogas, also saving about 70% in the normal consumption of water for the biodigestion process with the reuse of the effluents of the same biodigester due to the separator, recovery and recirculation systems.
