Abstract
Se describen métodos y aparatos para determinar una posición de una válvula. Un aparato ejemplar descrito en la presente incluye un montaje de válvula rotatoria y un montaje de indicador visual acoplado al montaje de válvula rotatoria para indicar una posición de un miembro de control de fluido del montaje de válvula rotatoria. El montaje de indicador visual incluye un seguidor y una carcasa que rodea el seguidor. Una posición del seguidor es para corresponder con la posición del miembro de control de fluido. El aparato ejemplar adicionalmente incluye un monitor electrónico de posición acoplado a la carcasa para determinar información de posición de válvula con base en la posición del seguidor.
