Abstract
La invención se relaciona con el campo del proceso para separación por ósmosis inversa utilizado para el proceso de desalación y reutilización de aguas residuales. Más particularmente, la invención se relaciona con un método y un sistema para estimar la efectividad de la limpieza de membranas en el proceso para limpieza de membranas, se desean una operación a costo redituable y una degradación mínima de la membrana debido al uso de productos químicos limpiadores anti-incrustantes. La invención proporciona un método para manejar el proceso para limpieza de membranas por ósmosis inversa en una planta que realiza la desalación o reutilización de aguas residuales al operar el proceso para limpieza de membranas por ósmosis inversa durante un tiempo controlado para limpieza y con un valor controlado de concentración química en un licor químico preparado para la limpieza de la membrana. El método comprende los pasos de estimar el estado de suciedad de la membrana (140) y determinar el valor controlado de concentración química necesario (160) en el licor químico y el tiempo controlado necesario para limpieza con base en el estado de suciedad de la membrana. También se proporcionan un sistema que utiliza el método y una técnica para el funcionamiento y operación óptimos del proceso para limpieza.
