Abstract

Se describen métodos, dispositivos, y sistemas para la transmisión de información en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica. En una modalidad, un método para transmisión en un sistema de comunicación inalámbrica comprende determinar, mediante un dispositivo (201) inalámbrico, una configuración de una pluralidad de amplificadores (207) de potencia para lograr un modo de transmisión de antena individual; amplificar una señal mediante el dispositivo (201) inalámbrico, utilizando la configuración de la pluralidad de amplificadores (207) de potencia para formar una pluralidad de señales amplificadas; transmitir simultáneamente en o aproximadamente al mismo tiempo mediante el dispositivo (201) inalámbrico, a una estación (202) base, la pluralidad de señales amplificadas a partir de una pluralidad de antenas (212) físicas, en donde la pluralidad de antenas (212) físicas se acopla a la configuración de la pluralidad de amplificadores (207) de potencia; y en donde la potencia de transmisión medida de la totalidad de la pluralidad de antenas (212) físicas es aproximadamente la misma que la potencia de transmisión requerida utilizando el modo de transmisión de antena individual.
