Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método y a un aparato clasificador para clasificar productos de papa que se mueven en un flujo de productos a través de una zona de detección, en donde son detectados los productos irregulares en el flujo de productos y son separados del flujo de productos, en donde un rayo de luz que tiene una longitud de onda de entre 350 y 450 nm es dirigido hacia dichos productos en dicha zona de detección y en donde la intensidad de la luz que es irradiada por los productos, es detectada en una banda de detección de 460 nm a 600 nm, en donde un producto es calificado como un producto irregular y es separado del flujo de productos cuando dicha intensidad está por debajo de un valor predeterminado; además, la invención también se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para detectar la presencia de solanina en productos de papa por medio de fluorescencia.
