Abstract

Un cuerpo de moldeo con poros abiertos basado en gránulos ligeros inorgánicos de poros parcialmente abiertos basados en al menos un material del grupo de silicatos alcalinos, silicatos alcalinotérreos, aluminosilicatos, borosilicatos y variantes del sistema ternario CaO-SiO2-AI2O3 en combinación con óxidos metálicos adicionales como TiO2, Fe2O3, Mn2O3. Presenta una densidad aparente de 0,10 a 0,60 kg/dm3 medida según la norma DIN EN 1097-3, en el que el gránulo ligero está provisto de una superficie hidrofobizada, así como ligado a un aglutinante orgánico formando el cuerpo de moldeo.
