According to the present invention the filling device comprises - a housing (1 ) which housing (1 ) comprises - a first position means adapted to receive a reservoir (2) for a delivering device, - a second position means adapted to receive a cartridge (3) containing a liquid, - a unit (4) providing a flow path when both the reservoir (2) and the cartridge are received respectively by the first and second positions means, - a venting unit (5, 5a, 5b) providing access of gas to the cartridge (3) during emptying of the cartridge (3). The filling device is characterized in that at least a part of the venting unit (5) is placed off the rotational centre (rc) of the housing and is attached to a part (7) which part (7) can rotate relative to the housing (1 ).
Description
FILLING DEVICE FOR DEPOSIT Impo Tecnico
The invention relates to a device for a reservoir, the reservoir that emerges from a cartridge such as cartridges which, for example, are made of glass and which can be penetrated by a water supply of the inlet,
Background of the Invention
The filling devices for deposited and it is recognized that it may be necessary > ntenedor which is going to be emptied for the liquid in order to reduce the costs of filling or r S deposits.
A problem that arises when manufacturing filling devices is how to place the
They are projected from the opposite sides of the central body. This device does not have a venting needle that moves independently of the filling needle, and therefore the peaks left in accordance with this document are relatively large,
Description of the invention
The purpose of the invention is to provide a filling solution which is easy to handle, simple and inexpensive to manufacture and the risk of breaking the needle during the filling process is eliminated.
The invention relates to a device which comprises
- an accommodation comprising
- a first position means adapted for
a part of the ventilation unit will be rotational center (rc) of the housing and will be removed. The invention is characterized in that it is relative to the housing and relative to and provides a flow path.
According to an embodiment of the inity that provides the flow path of the cartridge and the cartridge when they are in their sample, a needle having two point ends can be made of any kind of material to penetrate the membranes that protect the cartridge respectively. and the deposit, and the tar at one end and with tip and trem.
According to an embodiment of the inity that provides the flow path,
As a circular plate, the periphery is equal to or in sliding contact with the? ojamiento. For example, the circular plate can track formed on the walls of the housing of a "track" prevents the plate from circulating in a direction parallel to the axis rotates ojamiento. Alternatively, the circular periphery is provided with a track formed at the periphery of the track corresponding to one or more of the housing.
According to one embodiment of the circular system, it can be provided with a layer of friction layer which prevents the cartridge from sealing with the cartridge, that is to say when the cartridge is pushed into the second positioning means of the filling device and the
ie it provides a passage of a clean gas path from where the ventilation shaft is supplied with clean gas. Clean gas "is of a defined quality as is necessary or by device manufacturer, but it could be gas of a quality, more typically the gas will be atmospheric air.
According to one embodiment, the nylation is attached to the rotating part that provides flow path for the clean gas from one rotating part to the other and the valve can be attached to the open end of the vent needle positioned away from the cartridge. Alternatively, ventilation can be attached to a wall of the housing or provides access to the clean gas from the wall and to the interior of the wall of the housing.
> further with reference to the drawings, where two preferred embodiments of the
Fig. 1 shows a short view of the filling device where a full d is in intermediate position and a liquid is also in intermediate position. Fig. 2 shows a short view of the filling device where the nylation is placed far away. of the ventilating needle
The mode of the filling device Fig. 1 is shown in a state where the transfer from the cartridge containing this tank. The modality of the device comprises a housing 1 having strut walls and a partition wall 8 that ojamiento| in two positions, a first posic
s positions that include the guide means are position ref.
The mode of the filling device plus a filling needle 4 the filling needle provides a flow path for the tire from the cartridge 3 to the reservoir 2. rtucho 3 as the reservoir is in the modalities g. 1 each provided with a membrane ales have to be penetrated by the needle of 1 to create a flow path between the filling needle 4 binds non-releasably to separation 8 and is held in an effective position with the housing 1 a along the axis ojamiento 1.
The filling device also has a rotating part 7 which in accordance
and they prevent the rotating part 7 from moving and the separation wall 8 prevents ratory 7 from moving towards the reservoir 2.
The gas can be passed from one ratary side to the other through the needle, which according to this embodiment is made up of penetration 5a and a valve member which are joined. The penetration member 5a is dimensionally rotatable 7 and provides a flow path for the gas through the raction 7 and into the clean interior space 3. The penetration member 5a is usually with a pointed end towards the cart. be able to cut through the layer by picking up the cartridge 3 inlet.
Ventilation valve 5b joins
The embodiment with one or more friction layers is rotated towards the cartridge 3. The layers correspond to the contact surfaces 13 rtucho 3 and when the friction layers 9 and the contacts make contact with the two a mobilized relative to each other and they move together
Fig. 1 also shows the reservoir 2 pushes the filling needle 4 septum or the membrane 10 which is protecting the reservoir 2 halfway into the position of the intermediate position 2. The reservoir 2 in accordance with this is also provided. with a liquid illustrative piston, the reservoir 2 was pushed out of the reservoir 2. When the filling of the liquid of the cartridge 3 the piston 14 withdraws reduced circulation in the reservoir 2 and this pressure
can overcome the low pressure in the cartridge 3
Instead of increasing the quality of the container 2 it may be more convenient to prevent the cartridge 3 from falling to the bottom and this will be exemplified as suggested in accordance with the quality of the filling device by leaving the s inside the cartridge through the needle of
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of a filling according to the present invention. In this embodiment the penetration member 5a and ventilation 5b are separated from each other. The nylation 5a transfers gas or air from the ex- ample 1 into the interposed clean space 11 and the partition wall 8. Accordingly the rotating part 7 must provide

When the pressure is reduced in the piston reservoir 14, pull it backwards.
As in the embodiment of FIG. 1, section 4, the membrane 6 of the cartridge 10 of the container 2 is provided with two ends respectively with netran. two disp pujan inside the position of each one.
The housing 1 of the device according to the present invention needs to be a round profile but it must be capable of a closed fit between the rotating part 7 and the terior of the housing 1 especially of the convenience of Fig. 2 where it is necessary have a space in the space between the rotating part 7 and separation 8. If the interior surface of the alloyed positions is not round it could be provided
