Abstract

Sistemas de alimentación de catalizador y procesos utilizando tales sistemas se describen en la presente. Algunas formas de realización divulgadas en la presente se refieren a un proceso para mejorar la capacidad de flujo de catalizador en un sistema de alimentación de catalizador, incluyendo proporcionar un recipiente de alimentación de catalizador con por lo menos un sistema de intercambio de calor para mantener una temperatura del sistema catalizador por debajo de una temperatura crítica de flujo. También divulgado está un sistema de alimentación de catalizador para la polimerización de olefinas incluyendo un recipiente de alimentación de catalizador, y un sistema de intercambio de calor para mantener una temperatura de un catalizador dentro del recipiente de alimentación de catalizador. Adicionalmente divulgado es un proceso para polimerización de olefinas que incluye mantener un catalizador soportado en un recipiente de alimentación de catalizador por debajo de una temperatura crítica de flujo del catalizador; alimentar al catalizador a un reactor de polimerización, y poner en contacto al catalizador con una olefina para tomar una poliolefina.
