Abstract
Se describen t?cnicas para soportar la operaci?n con un enlace ascendente mejorado en estado inactivo. Un equipo de usuario (UF) puede enviar un pre?mbulo de acceso para acceso aleatorio mientras que en un estado inactivo puede recibir un mensaje que contiene recursos asignados al UF. Los recursos asignados se pueden seleccionar mediante un Nodo B desde un agrupamiento de recursos pre-asignados al Nodo 3 para el enlace ascendente mejorado. El UF puede enviar informaci?n (por ejemplo, informaci?n de planificaci?n y/o su identidad de UF) al Nodo E utilizando los recursos asignados. El UF puede recibir un reconocimiento de giro al UF con base en la identidad del UE. El UF puede permanecer en el estado inactivo y continuar utilizando los recursos asignados hasta que dejen de estar asignados. Alternativamente, el UF puede realizar la transici?n a un estado activo y ya sea seguir utilizando los recursos asignados o recibir una asignaci?n de nuevos recursos para el estado activo.
