Abstract

The invention relates to a friction member for a disk of a dry clutch, including a friction fitting (3) glued to an intermediate part (6) in which holes are formed after gluing said fitting and said intermediate part for allowing attachment with rivets (7), and include a first portion with a thickness e1 in the fitting (3) and a constant diameter d1, and a second portion with a thickness e2 + e3 and a diameter smaller than d1, in order to define a spot facing surface (31) on which bears the end of a rivet (7) after assembly, wherein the thickness e2 of the fitting in the second portion of the holes represents between 2 and 15% of the total thickness e1 + e2 of friction fitting (3).
