Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de red inalámbrica y un método para transmitir o recibir datos sobre una red inalámbrica capaz de limitar la transmisión o recepción de paquetes de solicitud por estaciones existentes en la red inalámbrica, donde la comunicación direccional se realiza en una banda de alta frecuencia, mientras que un coordinador de red inalámbrica está siendo cambiado o mientras el coordinador de red inalámbrica está en un estado ocupado. El coordinador de red inalámbrica incluye una unidad de generación de trama la cual genera una trama de baliza para formar una supertrama; una unidad de manejo de banda la cual determina si un paquete para uso de banda en una red, el cual se forma en la supertrama se puede transmitir o recibir; y una unidad de comunicación la cual transmite la trama de baliza, la cual contiene información con respecto si el paquete para uso de banda se puede transmitir o recibir, a través de un canal de comunicación predeterminado.
