Abstract
La invención se refiere al uso de goma de acacia (o goma arábiga) posiblemente en combinación con aminoácidos que contienen sulfuro para mejorar el crecimiento y supervivencia de bifidobacteria, la cual es parte de la elaboración de productos fermentados, en particular de productos lácteos fermentados.
