Un anticuerpo o fragmento del mismo, el cual se une específicamente al receptor de folato alfa (FRa), donde el anticuerpo o fragmento del mismo comprende una cadena ligera cuya región variable comprende al menos una de las siguientes secuencias de aminoácidos: -RASESVSFLGINLIH (SEQ ID NQ:3), - QASNKDT (SEQ ID NO:4), - LQSKNFPPYT (SEQ ID NO:5), y donde la región constante de la cadena ligera es una región constante kappa.
