Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un dispositivo para broncesoldar una pluralidad de conexiones electricas, donde los elementos de contacto (15, 16) deber ser boncesoldados con superficies de conexion por broncesoldadura (6, 7, 8) arregladas sobre un cristal de vidrio no metalico (1), el cual consiste en usar una herramienta de broncesoldadura (13) para emitir un campo magnetico en la direccion de los puntos de broncesoldadura para calentar los mismos por induccion, dimensionando de acuerdo a la invencion el tamano y la forma de la herramienta de broncesoldadura (13) dependiendo de la superficie sobre la cual se localicen los diferentes puntos de broncesoldadura que deben ser calentado simultaneamente durante un proceso de broncesoldadura. Simultaneamente, consiste de adaptar la frecuencia del voltaje alterno aplicado al circuito o bobina para formar la conexion, y fijar el mismo a un maximo de 150 kHZ, obteniendo por lo tanto, una alta velocidad de trabajo, un calentamiento mucho mejor de las partes a ser broncesoldadas, puesto que las lineas de campo de baja frecuencia tienen una mayor profundidad de penetracion hacia los elementos. La invencion tambien se relaciona con un dispositivo particularmente adaptado para implementar el metodo.
